Moulds

We have 13 steel tilting moulds, four of which can be converted for a brick grid or another special surface. Most of the moulds are 3.2 metres high, but five moulds can produce extra-high elements (maximum element height 4730 mm + lifting loops & pins).

We have about 250 m² of wooden casting beds for various slabs, balconies, columns and beams. We are used to producing heavy structural frame products as well (not prestressed). We also have vertical moulds for round columns.
