Surfaces
The surface defines the façade
We produce a wide range of surfaces for façade elements, from fine-washed coloured concrete to brick and graphic concrete.
Four of our tilting moulds can be converted for a brick grid or another special surface. Surface, shade and aggregate are agreed according to the project designs – ask for a sample piece if needed.

Surface options
Fine-washed coloured concrete
A washed surface that exposes the aggregate. The shade is determined by the pigment and the aggregate.
Brick surface
Brick slips are cast into the element surface. Pointing at the factory or on site.
Ribbed surface
Vertical ribs made with strips installed in the mould – also fine-washed.
Graphic concrete
An image or pattern is washed into the concrete surface. Large patterns can continue across several elements.
Brushed surface
Brushing the fresh concrete gives a rough, calm surface.
Mould-face and paint-ready surfaces
Smooth mould-face finish and surfaces prepared for painting and rendering.
