Elements for residential and commercial construction
At our factory in Pomarkku we manufacture wall, slab, balcony and frame elements for apartment buildings, terraced and detached houses as well as commercial buildings.
All elements are manufactured according to finished designs, and our products are CE marked in all product groups that require marking. We are also used to manufacturing heavy and custom-sized elements.

Interior walls
Load-bearing interior walls for residential and commercial construction – including civil defence shelter wall elements.
Inner leaves
Inner leaves for external walls, with or without factory-installed insulation.
Sandwich elements
A complete external wall: inner leaf, insulation and façade surface in one element. Grey concrete, brick, coloured or graphic concrete finish.
Balconies
Balcony slabs, balcony roofs and concrete balcony parapets in grey, coloured concrete or with a brick surface.
Balcony side walls
Load-bearing balcony side walls that support the balcony slabs.
Solid slabs
Solid concrete slabs for intermediate floors and special applications, cast on beds to the required dimensions.
Columns and beams
Heavy structural frame products (not prestressed). Round columns are also cast in vertical moulds.
Plinths and foundations
Plinth elements, foundation elements and retaining wall elements.
Surfaces, special elements and documents
Façade elements are available with fine-washed coloured concrete, brick, ribbed, brushed or graphic concrete surfaces. We also make lift shafts and other special elements.
